This is a contracted service commitment with an initial 12-month term. The $899 monthly management retainer is due for the full duration of the initial contract term and remains payable throughout that term regardless of campaign performance or advertising spend. Following the initial term, the service will continue according to the renewal and cancellation terms outlined in your agreement.
